Your story stays personal.
What we receive
When you submit an order, we receive your email, story, character names, photos, selected package and optional occasion date. We use these to create, deliver and revise your film, and to help with your order.
How payment works
lava.top processes your payment and receives your email and order amount. We store the payment reference and confirmation status; we do not receive your full card details. lava.top’s own privacy terms apply on its checkout.
Keeping your materials private
Your order and photos are stored using our hosting provider’s database and file storage. Access is restricted to the people handling your order. We do not publish your photos, personal story or finished film for marketing without your permission.
Cookies and your order
We use an essential cookie to connect this browser to your saved order. It lasts up to 30 days. It is not an advertising cookie. Our payment provider may use its own cookies on checkout.
Optional analytics
If you enable Google Analytics in Cookie settings, Google Analytics measures page visits, order steps, selected films, extra character quantities and confirmed purchases in USD. We send a random browser identifier and an order reference to connect these events. We do not send your name, email, story text or photos to Analytics. Google may process this information outside your country. Analytics cookies can last up to two years. Your cookie choice is remembered for six months. You can decline analytics and still order, or change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics from this browser; events already sent are not automatically removed.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
If you enable Meta advertising in Cookie settings, Meta Pixel measures page visits, selected films, extra characters, order steps and checkout activity. After payment is independently confirmed, our server sends the purchase amount in USD, catalog items and an order reference through Meta Conversions API. Browser and advertising click identifiers, IP address and browser information help Meta attribute orders to ads and personalize advertising. We do not include your name, email, story text or photos in these events. Meta may combine this activity with information from its services and process it outside your country. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Meta cookies on our site may last up to 90 days. Google Analytics and Meta advertising are separate, optional choices, remembered for six months. You can order with essential cookies only. Withdrawing Meta consent in Cookie settings stops future events from this browser and cancels pending purchase measurement for orders linked to it. Events already sent are not automatically deleted.
Your requests
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your materials. Some payment and transaction records may need to be kept for record-keeping. Please include your order reference so we can identify your request.
