Can I request changes?
Yes. Every package includes two rounds of revisions. Share the changes you want together in each round, and we’ll confirm the timing of your revised film.
What can my film be about?
A first meeting, an anniversary, a friendship or a family milestone. Share the people, places and moments that matter, and we build the story around them.
How many people can I include?
Two main characters are included. Each additional character costs $7. You’ll see the full total before payment.
How long does it take?
Your film is delivered digitally within 48 hours after successful payment and receipt of a complete story and usable photos. We use the email address on your order.
What photos should I choose?
Use a clear photo of each person, with their face and hair visible. Natural light works best. Only upload photos you have permission to share.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each film is a one-time purchase, paid in full through lava.top.
What do the visual examples show?
The before-and-after comparison shows the transformation from a photo to animated characters. The sunset illustration is a fictional style example. Your film is made from your own photos and story; these images are not a personalized preview of your order.
