Your first version is delivered digitally to the email on your order within 48 hours after payment and receipt of a complete story and usable photos. If something is missing, we’ll contact you before production can proceed.
Two rounds of revisions
Every package includes two rounds of revisions. Share your requested changes together in each round. We’ll confirm the timing of the revised version when we receive your feedback.
A gift with a deadline
You can share an occasion date when ordering. Please allow the full production window and extra time if you would like revisions before presenting the gift.
